Cited as a strong prospect between the sticks, Woods can already boast plenty of professional experience at her young age.
The shot-stopper kick-started her footballing journey at her local youth team, East Surrey Girls FC, spending five years at the club before moving on to fellow Surrey outfit, Epsom & Ewell FC.
Her career would then change trajectory two years ago, after Woods was scouted by Chelsea and offered a youth contract as a second-year scholar.
Just a mere 12 months later, Woods was snapped up by Brighton & Hove Albion, brought into their U18s set-up ahead of the 2025/26 campaign.
Settling into life in Sussex, the ‘keeper joined Lewes of the Women’s National League South Premier Division on a dual reg. basis, making her senior debut with the Rooks.
Woods has now been sent out to gain further senior minutes once again, this time at Woodside Road, where she has spent the past few weeks taking part in various training sessions.
Upon signing for the Reds this week, Woods exclaimed that she is “settling in very well and cannot wait to start playing”.
